We’ve had a lot of people get in touch to say they found our previous blog – ‘Let’s go nuts for nuts!’ – a great reminder of how good for us nuts can be.
Notwithstanding those who have a nut allergy, nuts can be extremely rich and there are certain ones that offer particular nutrients and vitamins, whether eaten as a snack or part of your cooking and baking regime.

The fact is almonds are simply little wonders and can be hugely beneficial when part of a healthy diet. Yes, even in cakes.
For anyone unable to eat nuts due to allergy, we have many food supplements which contain all the nutrients and vitamins you’d find in almonds, so there’s no need for you to be deprived of those benefits.
