UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 - All UK orders, unless otherwise stated, are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48. This doesn't mean that you will receive your order 48 hours after placing it! We do our very best to ensure that all orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day but we can not guarantee it. You do not have to sign for Tracked deliveries, the delivery man electronically 'signs' for the package, so tracking is available. If you do not receive your delivery please check for any safe places or with neighbours before contacting us.
UK DHL Express Next Day Delivery - This is a next day delivery option that is tracked and will need to be signed for. We can only guarantee next day delivery for orders placed before 12pm. If you place your order on a Friday and want next day delivery, you must choose UK Saturday Guaranteed. Please supply an email address and phone number. You will receive an email or text message from DHL confirming your delivery and giving you options to suggest a safe place to leave the package(this only applies to domestic addresses).
UK Royal Mail Next Day Guarantee - We also offer, for an extra charge, Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will be delivered the following working day before 1 pm. We can only guarantee this is the order is placed before 1pm. If you place your order on a Friday and want next day delivery, you must choose UK Saturday Guaranteed. Orders placed for special delivery will need to be signed for.
DHL Express International - For most areas of Europe delivery time should be 1-2 working days. For the rest of the world it may be 2-4 working days. Orders placed before 12pm will be despatched the same working day. Please supply an email address and phone number. You will receive an email or text message from DHL confirming your delivery and giving you options to suggest a safe place to leave the package (this only applies to domestic addresses).
The shipping charge is valid for one delivery. If the item could not be delivered through no fault of ours, you will have to pay an additional charge for redelivery. This condition applies if you provide an incomplete or wrong address, if the delivery can not be made due to there being no access to the property, or for any other reason over which we have no control.
Also, we will not knowingly send prohibited items to other countries but rules and regulations change and we are unable to keep track of all such changes. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item you are ordering is allowed by your local customs import control. If an order is returned to us we will happily refund your payment minus delivery charges.
