As no one seems to have reviewed this actual product I thought I'd pop one in as I think it's essentially the same as the GT6. This is an actual review, not something I've been paid for. I'm a 42 year old male, quite fit, exercise three times a week, no underlying health issues. I was looking for something to help with exercise mainly as I found that I quickly ran out of breath. After some research I found that L-Citrulline seemed to cover quite a few bases. I don't have ED as such, but it's definitely not what it used to be, so I figured I'd give it a go and see. The package came very quickly, within a day or so, so I took my first dose at lunchtime. I'd read about the side effects, but having borderline hypertension (high blood pressure) I thought something which could potentially lower it couldn't be too bad. To be honest, I did feel quite light headed after the first dose, however I checked with my blood pressure monitor and it was basically normal, so possibly more psychosomatic. It didn't last though and now I take it every morning without any adverse effect at all. I just pop it in my daily Vitamin C drink, stir it up and have it with breakfast. With regards to exercise results, it's always difficult to see exactly what causes an effect. However, I do believe that this has had a very positive effect, especially when it comes to muscle fatigue as I don't seem to wear out as quickly as I used to. Having good blood flow will obviously help with lactic acid buildup and just seems to not have the same breathing difficulties I used to have. I do Crossfit, which is very intense, so it's not just general gym stuff. Another positive effect, and wholly unexpected, is that this seems to have helped with an ectopic heartbeat I've had most of my life. My heart will just skip occasionally, but since starting this it has actually improved. Now this is a very noticeable effect for me, having had this for years. All of a sudden it's... gone. For me, that's almost worth it alone. I haven't checked how my blood pressure is doing so I can't comment on that. And so on to what most people are probably interested in; the ED side of things. I'm an incredible sceptic when it comes to this. I don't believe in popping Ginseng, Horny Goat Weed, or whatever else. I really didn't think this would do anything and any effect these things have is entirely psychological. But trust me, hand on heart, this works. It won't give you a flagpole of an erection as soon as you take it, nothing does, even Viagra. But seriously though, I'm shocked at how hard I can get again. It's just more solid. I was at the point where if I wasn't done in five minutes, it would start to droop and that would be that. This solves that. It goes up and it stays up, until you're done obviously, this isn't going to give you a five-day erection but nothing will. I really, really, did not expect this, at all. So to sum up, if you are an active man in your 40s or over, you're finding exercise a bit harder and your manhood a bit softer, I definitely, 100%, think this is worth it. I got the small bag last time, I'm getting the 500g bag next time as I can't go to the full bag. For £30 it's definitely at least worth a shot. Take it for two weeks and you'll notice a difference.
