Sole Mates Massaging Orthotic Insoles for the Relief of Foot Pain
For the relief of pain and fatigue caused by:
- Plantar Fasciitis
- Heel Spurs, Morton's Neuroma
- Calluses, Bunions and Corns
- Poor Circulation in Feet and Legs
- Diabetic Foot Ulcers
- Back and Leg Pain
Wearing massaging insoles feels a little strange at first, like walking on wet sand in bare feet. The action of walking moves the liquid filling around, massaging the soles of your feet, including the bottoms of your toes, increasing blood circulation to your feet and lower legs, relieving aches, and generally improving the overall health of the foot.
Because the insoles are filled with liquid - food grade glycerine - it isn't possible to flatten them because liquids can't be compressed. The fluid continually moulds to the shape of the foot so is more comfortable and gives greater support than gel insoles or memory foam insoles.
An intensely painful condition caused by tiny tears in the thick, fibrous band of tissue that reaches from the heel to the toes and supports the muscles and arch of the foot. When the plantar fascia becomes overly stretched, tiny tears occur in its surface.
A bunion is a bony deformity of the joint at the base of the big toe.
The main sign of a bunion is the big toe pointing towards the other toes on the same foot, which may force the foot bone attached to it to stick outwards.
The exact cause of bunions is unknown, but they tend to run in families. Wearing badly fitting shoes is thought to make bunions worse.
It's also thought that bunions are more likely to occur in people with unusually flexible joints, which is why they sometimes occur in children.
Morton's neuroma is intense pain associated with compression of the nerves of the feet, usually between the third and fourth toes. It results in severe pain on the ball of foot and the base of the toes, which gets worse over time.
Massaging insoles will ease soreness and tiredness by stimulating the blood flow, ensuring a healthy supply of oxygen to the feet and lower legs.
In the same way, Back and Hip Pain, Corns and Calluses may also be relieved by wearing Sole-Mate Massaging Insoles
To ensure that you order the best fit for your foot, you should measure the length and width of your foot in centimetres and order accordingly. For example, people with a wide size 5–6 foot may be more suited to ordering the size M and trimming it down to fit.
