Delivery And Shipping

All of our capsules and tablets are supplied in two sizes of thin containers that can be posted through your letterbox. Larger quantities of capsules or tablets will be supplied in the larger of our flat pots.

The slender profile of our pots eliminates the very annoying and time-consuming need for you to arrange re-deliveries or travel to your post office to collect when an order cannot be posted through your letterbox.

In addition to being letterbox-friendly, the containers are 100% recyclable so no need to research your local recycling collection points or wonder if they can go into your own home recycling, the answer to that question is a positive and resounding YES!

Please note: Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

Channel Islands – When placing an order for delivery to the Channel Islands please select either Jersey or Guernsey as your delivery country. This will make sure that you are not charged VAT.

Free Shipping (UK only) – We offer free shipping within the UK only for orders with a value of £49.00 or over. Free shipping orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48™.

Royal Mail Tracked 48™ (UK only) – All UK orders, including Free Delivery unless otherwise stated, are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48™ . This doesn’t mean that you will receive your order 48 hours after placing it. We do our very best to ensure that all orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same business day but we cannot guarantee it. Royal Mail try to deliver these packages within 2-3 days, but do not guarantee it. You do not have to sign for Tracked 48™ deliveries, they can be left in a safe place, and tracking is available. If you do not receive your delivery, please check any safe places or with neighbours before contacting us. Royal Mail Tracked 48™ are delivered Monday to Saturday, not Sunday.

Prices start at £4.15 and increase according to weight.

Royal Mail Tracked 24™ (UK only) – We also offer a Tracked 24 service. Royal Mail will try to deliver the next working day however this is not a guaranteed service. If they fail to deliver we cannot offer a refund.

Prices start at £5.95 and increase according to weight.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® (UK only) – We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®, which will be delivered the following business day before 1 pm (this also includes Saturday). We can only guarantee this if the order is placed with us before 2pm, Monday-Friday. Orders placed for special delivery will need to be signed for. Please note we are unable to send Royal Mail special deliveries to PO Box addresses.

We are part of the IOSS scheme meaning we charge VAT at checkout to EU countries. This speeds up the customs process and delivery. It also means you should not have to pay any additional fees upon import. 

Royal Mail Tracked – We offer a standard tracked shipping service with Royal Mail outside the EU. Delivery times can vary. No signature is required

DHL Express Tracked & Signed – For most areas of Europe delivery time should be 1-3 working days. For the rest of the world, it may be 2-4 working days. Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same business day. Please supply an email address and phone number. You will receive an email or text message from DHL confirming your delivery and giving you options to suggest a safe place to leave the package (this only applies to domestic addresses). Please note we are unable to send DHL shipments to PO Box addresses. Prices vary according to destination and weight. Please contact us to find out shipping costs to specific destinations. DHL cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses.

DHL Economy Tracked & Signed – We offer an economy service to some areas of the EU. Shipping should take 4-5 working days and a signature is required. DHL do not offer shipping to PO Box Addresses.

The shipping charge is valid for one delivery. If the item could not be delivered through no fault of ours, you will be required to pay an additional charge for redelivery. This condition applies if you provide an incomplete or wrong address, if the delivery cannot be made due to there being no access to the property, or for any other reason over which we have no control.

We will not knowingly send prohibited items to other countries, but rules and regulations change, and we are unable to keep track of all such changes. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item you are ordering is permitted by your local customs import control. If an order is returned to us, we will happily refund your payment minus delivery charges.
