Delivery and Shipping
We offer UK and International delivery. Our delivery options are listed below:
Channel Islands - When placing an order for delivery to the Channel Islands please select either Jersey or Guernsey as your deliverycountry. This will make sure that you are not charged VAT.
Free Shipping (UK only) - We offer free shipping within the UK only for orders with a value of £39.00 or over. Free shipping orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48™.
Royal Mail Tracked 48™ (UK only) - All UK orders, including Free Delivery unless otherwise stated, are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48™ . This doesn't mean that you will receive your order 48 hours after placing it! We do our very best to ensure that all orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day but we can not guarantee it. Royal Mail try to deliver these packages within 2-3 days, but do not guarantee it. You do not have to sign for Tracked 48™ deliveries, the delivery driver electronically 'signs' for the package, so tracking is available. If you do not receive your delivery please check any safe places or with neighbours before contacting us. Prices start at £3.80 and increase according to weight.
DHL Express - This is an express delivery option that is tracked and will need to be signed for. Most deliveries will arrive the next working day, however this is not a guaranteed service. Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day. If you place your order on a Friday and want next day delivery, you must choose UK Saturday Guaranteed. Please supply an email address and phone number. You will receive an email or text message from DHL confirming your delivery and giving you options to suggest a safe place to leave the package(this only applies to domestic addresses). Please note we are unable to send DHL shipments to PO Box addresses.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® (UK only) - We also offer, for an extra charge, Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will be delivered the following working day before 1 pm (this also includes Saturday). We can only guarantee this if the order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed for special delivery will need to be signed for. Please note we are unable to send Royal Mail special deliveries to PO Box addresses. Prices start at £8.00 and increase according to weight.
Please note that we are not currently offering free international shipping.
Please be aware that if you are ordering from the EU and VAT is not charged by us at checkout, you will be invoiced for VAT/import duties by customs. This will need to be paid before your parcel is cleared through customs.
Royal Mail Tracked - We offer a standard tracked shipping service with Royal Mail outside the EU. Delivery times can vary. No signature is required.
DHL Express International Tracked & Signed - For most areas of Europe delivery time should be 1-3 working days. For the rest of the world it may be 2-4 working days. Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same working day. Please supply an email address and phone number. You will receive an email or text message from DHL confirming your delivery and giving you options to suggest a safe place to leave the package (this only applies to domestic addresses). Please note we are unable to send DHL shipments to PO Box addresses. Prices vary according to destination and weight. Please contact us to find out shipping costs to specific destinations. DHL cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses.
DHL Economy Tracked & Signed - We offer an economy service to some areas of the EU. Shipping should take 4-5 working days and a signature is required. DHL do not offer shipping to PO Box Addresses.
Due to so many rejected and returned orders from customs we have had no choice but to stop accepting orders from Germany.
The shipping charge is valid for one delivery. If the item could not be delivered through no fault of ours, you will be required to pay an additional charge for redelivery. This condition applies if you provide an incomplete or wrong address, if the delivery can not be made due to there being no access to the property, or for any other reason over which we have no control.
We will not knowingly send prohibited items to other countries but rules and regulations change and we are unable to keep track of all such changes. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item you are ordering is allowed by your local customs import control. If an order is returned to us we will happily refund your payment minus delivery charges.
