The Oils

• Peppermint’s menthol aroma soothes nausea, relaxes muscles and calms nerves.
• Spearmint is less intense than other mints. It helps reduce stress and anxiety and can relieve headaches.
  
• Eucalyptus eases congestion and refreshes, helping to clear brain fog.
• Cardamom is uplifting for low mood and helps combat fatigue. It has been used traditionally to soothe upset digestive systems.
• Sunflower seed oil is used as a carrier oil to dilute the pure, essential oils and make them safe for use on the skin, whilst moisturising.
• Vitamin E is added as an antioxidant to extend the life of the oils.

• Apply travel oil to pulse points or anywhere you can smell the aroma.
