Harmony is a delicate, decadent blend designed to help keep hormones in balance. Although ideal for women’s health, this delicious blend can be enjoyed by everyone. It is comforting and soothing served hot, relaxing and refreshing chilled.

Experiences of PMS, peri-menopause, menopause and problems with menstruation can range from mildly inconvenient to totally debilitating. While tisanes are a wonderful way of getting these helpful herbs into your body, you may also benefit from more concentrated extracts, such as tinctures or capsules.

Harmony is available loose and in bags. The bags are made from paper with a natural alternative to glue, they are non-GMO, biodegradable and home-compostable and made in Scotland.

Instructions

To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tisane bag) in hot water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
