A duo of plant-sourced proteolytic enzymes, Bromelain and Papain, that have digestive effects as well as systemic benefits. ‘Proteolytic’ means they break down protein into peptides and amino acids. Keep reading to discover the long list of benefits.

This product is an ideal alternative to Serrapeptase or Nattokinase, which were reclassified as novel foods some time ago.

Directions

• For Digestive Support: Take 1 capsule with a meal. Maximum 3 capsules per day.
• For Systemic Support: Take 3 capsules per day on an empty stomach. If stomach upset occurs, spread the dose throughout the day, between meals.

• Bromelain (from pineapple) 1200 GDU/gm 334mg
• Papain (from papaya) 2,000,000 PU/gm 334mg
• Rice bran 150mg
• HPMC delayed release capsule size 0

• Avoid taking with blood clotting disorders, antibiotics or sedatives
• Consult your GP before taking with blood-thinning medication
• May lower blood pressure
• May lower blood sugar
• Stop use at least 2 weeks before planned surgery
