What's In It?
- Cocoa nibs are peeled, fermented and crushed cocoa beans. They contain very high levels of antioxidants and have a dark chocolate flavour.
- Cacao husks are roasted and packed with nutrients and antioxidants as well as a delicate chocolate aroma. As a by-product they are usually discarded, but we don't believe in waste!
- Red chilli's spice is perfectly paired with chocolate. Chillies also contain antioxidants, have anti-inflammatory properties and boost metabolism.
- Chocolate malt is a roasted barley with deep, bittersweet coffee and chocolate flavours. Commonly used in porter and stout brewing, malt can boost heart health and help lower cholesterol.
- Carob has a roasted, nutty flavour and is naturally sweet. It's often used a chocolate substitute.
