Directions
It can be beneficial to introduce creatine to your diet in a loading phase to increase muscle creatine stores followed by a maintenance dose, however this is not essential.
Loading Dosage
- 20-25g daily for the first 5-7 days - 1 level 10ml scoop weighs 5g
- We recommended splitting this into four equal doses
- Drink plenty of water

- 3-5g daily - 1 level 10ml scoop weighs 5g
- Drink plenty of water
- Most effective when taken post-workout
- Preferably to be taken with carbohydrates and protein
