- Bergamot FCF
- Bergamot's gentle citrus and floral combination gives Earl Grey tea its distinctive flavour. It can help to boost moods and ease worries, especially if feeling a bit low or sad.
- Cold pressed from the peel of the fruit.
- Frankincense
- Frankincense is deep and warming and can help lift the mood and ease worries.
- Steam distilled from the resin of the tree, native to Somalia (EU pressed).
- Lavender
- Lavender is calming and relaxing and commonly associated with sleep.
- Steam distilled from the flowers, leaves and stalks.
- Sweet Marjoram
- Sweet (also known as French) marjoram is soothing, comforting and particularly helpful in times of stress.
- Steam distilled from the leaves and flowering tops.
- Patchouli
- Patchouli has an exotic floral aroma, putting many in mind of the 1960s! It is grounding and can help to balance mood.

- North Indian Rosewood
- Rosewood is a lovely floral aroma with woody and slightly spicy undertones. It is comforting and warming.
- Steam distilled from the chipped bark.
- Ylang Ylang III
- Ylang ylang has a beautiful floral aroma, which is uplifting and balancing.
- Steam distilled from the flowers.
