The maca used in our capsules is sourced from native Peru and combines red, black and yellow maca root extracts.
It is a nutritionally rich food source, but is also a powerhouse of minerals (calcium, selenium, iron, magnesium), omega 6 (linoleic) and omega 9 (oleic) fatty acids as well as 19 amino acids.
Directions
- Take 1-2 capsules daily at least 30 minutes before food. It stomach upset occurs, take with food.
