SelectSIEVE® Rainbow has been produced from 100% vegetable and fruit sources (black rice, kiwi, orange and pineapple) through a proprietary technology called GSMTTM (Green Selective Membrane Technology). The process is based on a solvent-free extraction method for selectively recover of polyphenols, anthocyanins, enzymes and fibres through mechanical filtration and employment of adsorbent materials. The extracts are standardised to contain no less than 50% polyphenols and 5% anthocyanins.
