Strawberry and Lemon Verbena is a fruity infusion that's perfect for beating the summer heat. This cooling blend is gorgeous hot, it also makes delicious iced tea or frozen treats.
A tailored blend of nervines and diaphoretics, this blend stimulates circulation to the skin, lowering body temperature, while relaxing and calming tissues, reducing internal heat.
Strawberry and Lemon Verbena is available loose and in bags. The bags are made from paper with a natural alternative to glue, they are non-GMO, biodegradable and home-compostable and made in Scotland.Â

What's In It?
- Strawberry is the taste of British summer! Sweet, fragrant and packed with vitamins and antioxidants.
- Lemon verbena has a mellow citrus flavour and is wonderfully aromatic. It relaxes the nervous system, calming stress and anxiety while lifting mood.
- Calendula petals are sunshine yellow and this flower is an all-round health and wellbeing superstar. It benefits digestion, detox, healing and inflammation.
- Rose petals are another British summer staple. The delicately fragrant petals cool and calm while reducing inflammation.
- Hibiscus is a tart, fruity flower full of vitamin C. It is cooling, soothing and beneficial for blood pressure.
- Peppermint is cooling and refreshing. As a diaphoretic, it helps lower body temperature. The touch of menthol adds as 'icy' feel to this blend.
Instructions
To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane or a tisane bag in hot water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
For a cold brew, infuse a strong batch with hot water. Allow to cool and add ice to serve.

The pouches are made from full recyclable PE. They are heat sealed and resealable. The labels are paper. There is no need to separate the labels and pouches for recycling. The paper burns off in the PE recycling process.
