What's In It?
- Lemongrass is highly aromatic and contains antioxidants.
- Nettle is cleansing and detoxifying and has anti-allergenic properties.
- Dandelion Leaf is one of the best cleansing herbs, stimulating the liver, gallbladder and kidneys to help remove waste and toxins.
- Green Tea is loaded with antioxidants, such as polyphenols, which are beneficial to the body and help cleanse impurities.
- Peppermint soothes digestive issues and is refreshing and revitalising.
Ingredients
Lemongrass, Sencha green tea*, peppermint, dandelion leaf, nettle.

Instructions
To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tea bag) in hot water for 5-15 minutes, strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
Detox is especially important after a illness or injury.
