Valerian Root Extract Capsules - 600mg
Valerian root has been used for thousands of years.
These capsules contain 60mg of a 10:1 extract, which is the concentrated equivalent of 600mg of the raw root. This extract contains 0.8% valerenic acids.
Valerian is most effective when taken 1-2 hours before bed, daily, for at least 2 weeks.
*PLEASE NOTE* - This is Valerian EXTRACT, not powdered valerian root. This is a concentrated extract that is much more effective than the powdered root and it does not have the distinctive smell of valerian root. If unsure, please ask.
Dosage
- Take 1 capsule daily before bed. (Increase to 2 capsules if needed after a week.)

- Valerian Root 10:1 Extract 60mg (equivalent to 600mg, 0.8% valerenic acids)
- Rice Bran 400mg
- Vegan capsule shell size 00.
Compound ingredient: Corn starch (from non-GMO corn)
Suitable for vegans.
Cautions
- Do not take if pregnant.
- Do not mix with alcohol, sedatives or anti-depressants.
- Discontinue use 2 weeks before surgery.
