Our Wholefood Vitamin D3 capsules contain CULTAVIT®, buckwheat from the seeds of the Fagopyrum esculentum Moench. The gluten-free formula provides 62.5μg/2500iu of Vitamin D3 per capsule.

Directions
- Take 1-2 capsules daily. As vitamin D3 is fat soluble we advise you take it with food containing some fat.
Not suitable for children under the age of 11.

Description
- Made from gluten-free buckwheat.
- Buckwheat seeds are soaked in water with dissolved vitamins.
- Considered a raw food as the processing temperature is 42°C or less.
- Gentle on the GI system
- Vitamin D is available in different forms but the D3 form is the most bioavailable
- There is emerging evidence that the commonly recommended daily amounts are far too low.
