Vitamin K2 MK7
Our Vitamin K2 MK7 200mcg capsules are made using menaquinone 7, or MK7, the purest, most natural and most bioactive form of Vitamin K. The benefits of Vitamin K2 may be improved by taking alongside Vitamin D3.
MK4 is the synthetic version of vitamin K2. We use MK7, which is natural and made from natto, a Japanese soybean food product that has been fermented with the bacteria Bacillus subtilis natto.
Vitamin K1 is not thought to provide the same benefits as Vitamin K2.
Directions
- Take 1 capsule daily with food.

- Vegan capsule shell size 1
Compound ingredients: Sucrose (sugar beet), acacia gum, corn starch, medium chain triglycerides, tricalcium phosphate.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
