What's In It?
- Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogenic herb that can help lower cortisol (stress hormone) levels and makes an effective tisane for stress.
- Gotu Kola long been used in India to aid memory, concentration and calm anxiety.
- Lemongrass contains antioxidants and can help detoxify the body. It can also relieve tension and calm nerves while stimulating the mind.
- Ginger is warming and invigorating, it can relieve nausea and aid digestion and help boost your mental energy levels.

Instructions
To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tisane bag) in hot water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
To make a decoction, simmer 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane per cup in gently boiling water using a saucepan (with a lid) for 20 minutes. Strain and drink up to three cups a day.
