Spiced Orange is a warming, citrus blend for cold autumn days. This blend of herbs and spices packs an antioxidant punch while supporting the immune system, regulating the digestive system and reducing inflammation. All the ingredients are 100% natural, caffeine free and contain no artificial preservatives, colourings or flavourings.

This tisane is available loose in packs of 3 cups, 20 cups, 40 cups and 60 cups, and in biodegradable tea bags in packs of 15 and 30.

All of our Holly Botanic products are designed and hand-made on site in small batches, using cruelty-free, non-GMO ingredients.

Ingredients and Benefits of our Spiced Orange Tisane

  • Orange and Lemon peel contain aromatic oils, which give the citrus flavour. They also contain pectin, which helps regulate the digestive system and control blood sugar levels,  vitamin C for immune support and they have anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Ginger offers a spicy aftertaste as well as supporting the immune system, circulation and digestion.
  • Cinnamon has antiviral properties, it is packed with antioxidants and is even thought to support brain health.
  • Cloves also contain antioxidants and has antimicrobial properties.
  • Star anise is great for digestion and can support the immune system and reduce inflammation.
  • Stevia leaf is naturally sweet and can even lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

Ingredients: Orange peel, lemon peel, ginger, cassia, cloves, star anise and stevia leaf.

Instructions

To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tea bag) in boiling water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.

To make a decoction, simmer 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane per cup in gently boiling water using a saucepan (with a lid) for 20 minutes. Strain and drink up to three cups a day.
