The Stress Less Bundle includes:
- Ashwagandha Root Extract (60 capsules) - an adaptogenic herb and often referred to as Indian Ginseng. Take 1-2 capsules daily. We recommend starting with 1 capsule and increasing to 2 if needed.
- Balance Tisane (20 cups loose) - a herbal tisane for stress and overwork. Infuse a heaped teaspoon of the tisane in hot water using either an infuser, a teapot and strainer, or a cafetière and your favourite mug. Let the tisane infuse for 5-15 minutes. Drink up to 3 cups a day.
- Calming Essential Blend (5ml bottle) - a relaxing, mellowing blend of pure essential oils to breathe tranquillity into a busy life. Add a few drops to an essential oil diffuser and inhale.
- Ceramic Oil Burner - an oil burner for use with your calming essential oil blend.

- Balance Tisane: Ashwagandha, Gotu Kola, Lemongrass, Ginger.
- Calming Essential Oil Blend: Citrus bergamia fruit oil (Bergamot), Boswellia carterii oil (Frankincense), Lavandula angustifolia herb oil (Lavender), Origanum majorana leaf oil (Sweet Marjoram), Pogostemon cablin oil (Patchouli), Dalbergia sissoo oil (Rosewood), Cananga odorata flower oil (Ylang ylang).
