Our Bulgarian Tribulus terrestris extract contains 60% saponins and 20% protodioscins. We combine it with Black Pepper extract to increase the bioavailability and make it even more effective. 

Tribulus is also known as Puncture Vine, Bindii and Gokshura.

Directions

• Take 1-2 capsules daily, 30 minutes before food.

We recommend taking Tongkat Ali on a cyclical basis, for example a 7 days on 4 days off cycle, or a 10 days on 5 days off cycle, whatever is most convenient for you.

Information

Saponins are found in many plants and Tribulus terrestris is particularly rich in them. The structure of saponins is very similar to human hormones, such as testosterone and cortisol. Steroidal saponins (such as Protodioscin) can have an androgenic effect on the body.

Thanks to its high saponin content, Tribulus is thought to be beneficial for those with low testosterone levels by improving sexual function, increasing sperm production and improving muscle mass.  

 It also has a wealth of other benefits, including improving mood, increasing libido, and acting against high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, stress, pain, inflammation, and antimicrobial.
